A new upper story was added to this 100-year-old Italianate flat front Victorian.  The front façade was designed to blend with the neighborhood context by using authentic details at the new wood stair, upper floor windows and trim to match the original period detailing.  The interior of the house opens up in the rear with a great room, including a new kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, fireplace and panoramic windows and a deck overlooking the southern facing rear yard garden.
